How to Meditate Properly? The Answer Is Right Here!

Not all exercise programs are created equal, that is for sure. Flow State Training Program Review   Since I'm an exercise specialist you can trust me on that. There are a lot of variables that go into a good exercise program; here are the main ones, the actual exercise, nutrition, and rest. I know, I know nutrition and rest, what is this guy talking about, but they play a bigger part of the equation then you could ever imagine.

First is nutrition, this is a very big subject and I don't have the space to go into the why and how here, I will make another blog covering the details soon. For now make sure you have a diet rich in a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, seeds, and rather you're a vegetarian or not you have to make sure you get all your essential amino acids. We owe our big brains to our last 50,000 years of increase protein consumption.

Please don't think you can get your vitamins and minerals through a pill or process foods it doesn't work that way. If you are in a sever deficiency in that vitamin yes your body will take whatever it can get, but for proper absorption you need enzymes, that is only found in live food. Rule of thumb is fresher is better. Next is rest, this also is a very big subject and deserves a whole book, but we will cover the basics. We spend so much mental energy always thinking of this and that, what you don't realize is your attention, your concentration, your consciousness is all finite, meaning you have a limited amount to spend.

Think about it like this your mental energies are like money. To increase your wealth not only do you need to have more money coming in, you also need to stop wasting money, that way your money is increase 2 folds. Spending time in deep meditation, along with getting a good night sleep, will give you the proper rest you need. Nutrition and rest both play a huge factor in your ability to visualize don't dismiss the importance of either one to get the best results in your visualization program.
